2. What this notice covers, and what it does not
This notice covers people who visit this website, book a demo, call us, contact us, or correspond with us. For that information, TalentHuntr Ltd decides how it is used, so we are the data controller.
When customers use the TalentHuntr platform, they remain responsible for the candidate and client data they process through it. TalentHuntr processes that data on their instructions under our customer agreement and data processing terms.
If you received a message from a recruiter and want to know why, or want to be removed, the agency that contacted you is the organisation to ask. Every marketing email sent through our platform includes a way to opt out. If you cannot identify the agency, write to us and we will help you find the right contact.

6. How long we keep it
Enquiries, demo bookings and correspondence: 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the enquiry becomes a customer relationship, in which case relevant records are kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards where required for accounting, legal or contractual purposes.
